Coaching cues

  • Drop hands to the floor, jump feet back to plank.
  • Chest to the floor, push up to plank.
  • Jump feet in, stand and jump with a clap.

Common mistakes

  • Sagging hips in the plank.
  • Skipping the chest-to-floor.
