By using Fitness Tutor Academy (https://fitnesstutor.academy), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 13 to create an account and 18 to participate in any paid feature. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity on your account.

3. Health disclaimer

Fitness Tutor Academy provides fitness education and training content for general informational purposes. It is not medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program. You use the workouts, courses, and tools at your own risk.

4. Courses & certifications

Our courses are trainer-certification style educational content. Unless explicitly stated, completion certificates are not accredited professional credentials and do not by themselves qualify you to practice as a certified personal trainer in any jurisdiction.

5. Acceptable use

• No scraping, reverse engineering, or automated abuse.
• No harassment, spam, or unlawful content.
• No attempts to circumvent security or access other users' data.

6. Content ownership

All original content, branding, and course materials are owned by Fitness Tutor Academy or its licensors. You keep ownership of the content you submit (journal entries, saved workouts) and grant us a limited license to host and display it as needed to operate the service.

7. Advertising

The website displays no advertising. The mobile app may display third-party ads delivered through Google AdMob. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or the destinations they link to.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Profile page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fitness Tutor Academy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Account management

You can manage, export, or delete your account and data at any time from the Profile page inside your account.
